Family and friends of Cliff Rigsbee is seeking donations to help pay for a water drinking fountain dedicated to his memory.  The memorial drinking fountain and hose bibb are installed at Operation Red Wings Medal of Honor Park (aka Triangle Park) and is a gift to the City and County of Honolulu.
