Instructions:
1.	Click on "Entry Form".
2.	Print out and Complete the Entry Form.  (one entry form per athlete)
3.	Read the "Accident Waiver and Release of Liability."
4.	Sign the bottom of your Entry Form.
5.	Make checks payable to Tinman Unlimited.
6.	Mail your Entry Form and your Fee to Tinman Unlimited.
